Shipping policy

Phoenix England offer the following shipping options.

We send our stock shoes and accessories within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of your order. This may be delayed if stock is unavailable, we notify all customers within 48 hours of any expectant delays.

For items not in stock please allow 10-14 working days for your shoes to be despatched.

We use couriers and Royal Mail to ship our items on a tracked basis to ensure we can keep an eye on your order.

Orders over £50 are offered sent with a flat rate of £3.95
